A good ol' fashion fave- the Trench



There is no better way to gracefully transition from the scorching summer heat into the cooler autumn climate (or the other way around) than a good, classic Trench. Originally created by Mr Thomas Burberry in 1879 (debateable as Aquascutum also lays claim to it's creation) to keep the dreary rain out, it's since become a staple in every fashionista's wardrobe. And every season we see a reworked version, but always remaining true to it's original style. For S/S 2010 Burberry models paraded down the catwalk in very glamorous, draped & metallic versions, with front row line up to match; Victoria Beckham, Freida Pinto, Mary Kate, Gwenie...need we go on?
